The Salt Room Menus

Specialists in grilled fish and meats, our menu features the finest ingredients from local producers in Sussex and celebrates seafood roasted over coal. Seafood is selected daily for freshness, featuring wild and naturally harvested fish.

Our steaks include Prime cuts that are aged for maximum tenderness and flavour. We also offer a range of sharing specials, as we all know that great food is always better when shared and enjoyed together.
