Join us from 19th to 28th June for Brighton Oyster Festival.

Enjoy freshly shucked Irish Rock and Louët-Feisser oysters from Shoreham Harbour, served with Champagne granita and caviar, and paired with award-winning Wiston Estate sparkling wine, Laurent-Perrier Champagne or our signature Oyster Leaf Martini.
