OctoberBEST at The Salt Room

This OctoberBEST, we’re celebrating the best of the sea at The Salt Room with a generous menu made for sharing.

Expect loaded paprika crisps, Cornish grilled squid and our Salt Room Surfboard, piled high with Josper-grilled prawns, mussels, scallops and langoustines, followed by an Espresso Martini Slushie to finish.

All for £35 per person, with an optional £35 wine pairing. Available 12th-25th October, Monday to Thursday, 12-5pm.

Looking for a Sunday roast in Brighton with a little more flavour? Join The Salt Room on Brighton seafront every Sunday from 12–4pm for our Surf N Turf Sunday Roast.

Designed for two to share, enjoy 500g of Shorthorn sirloin on the bone, served with roasted seaweed potatoes, seasonal greens and béarnaise sauce. For an extra touch of indulgence, upgrade with half a native lobster and garlic butter.
