Christmas Parties and Christmas Day Lunch in Brighton

Brighton’s Most Indulgent Christmas Venue

The Salt Room offers festive dining on Brighton seafront, accommodating Christmas parties of varying sizes throughout December, and Christmas dinner itself on the big day. Treat yourself, your loved ones, or your team this Christmas at The Salt Room.

Why choose Brighton seafront for Christmas?

Christmas at The Salt Room is a celebration framed by sea views, sparkling glasses, and dishes that feel indulgent yet effortless. The light shifts across the water, Champagne is poured, and platters of seafood and seasonal dishes arrive at the table to be shared.

Our chefs take inspiration from the coast, working with the best local produce to create menus that feel both festive and refined. From British oysters and gin-cured salmon to wood-fired monkfish and black leg turkey, every dish carries the flavour of Christmas while staying true to our philosophy of provenance and simplicity.

Set against the backdrop of Brighton beach, with the raw beauty of the shoreline outside and the candlelit warmth inside, The Salt Room offers a Christmas setting that balances elegance, atmosphere, and a touch of Riviera glamour.
