Private Dining Room
Our private dining room is perfect for groups of up to 16 people looking for private dining in Brighton. Available seven days a week for lunch and dinner, the private room offers stunning views of the Brighton seafront. Separated from the main dining room by thick curtains, guests have the option to leave these open to experience the atmosphere of the restaurant or close them for a more private experience.
Large Group Dining
The Salt Room has semi private and private dining options for larger groups. We offer our Mezzanine which is an open plan, slightly raised area of the restaurant with floor to ceiling windows, it is available for groups of up to 24 guests. When hiring both event spaces, this becomes the Mezzanine level for 40 guests. We also have the main dining area of the restaurant, which is semi private, and available for up to 35 guests.
Exclusive Hire
For larger groups, exclusive hire of the venue is also available fo up to 95 guests for a sit – down meal and 110 for a standing reception. Exclusive hire of The Salt Room gives guests full access to the excellent cocktail bar, main dining room, mezzanine, and terrace. Entirely bespoke packages are available and our Events Manager will assist with planning all details up to the day of the event and co-ordinating on the day.
Weddings
With our magnificent setting overlooking Brighton Beach and The West Pier, as well as being a hop skip and jump from The Brighton Bandstand, The Salt Room is a sophisticated wedding venue.
Start your special day with a drinks reception on our terrace and then move inside to enjoy a bespoke food and drinks pairing. Invite up to 95 guests for your wedding breakfast and up to 110 for the evening’s later festivities.
Our mezzanine provides the perfect stage for the top table and dancing into the night.
