Specialists in grilled fish and meats, our menu features the finest ingredients from local producers in Sussex and celebrates seafood roasted over coal. Seafood is selected daily for freshness and we feature wild and naturally harvested fish. Our steaks include lake district Prime cuts that are aged for maximum tenderness and flavour.
