An Autumn menu that showcases the shore
Our new menu is a celebration of the coast, featuring refined, flavourful dishes that are full of warmth. To start, Grilled Scallops are paired with chilli and orange butter, finished with toasted hazelnuts for balance and texture. The Seabream Crudo brings brightness and freshness, served with carrot aguachile, pickled carrot, red onion, and chervil. And for something with depth and smoke, we have Grilled Octopus on white bean purée, chorizo, aged vinegar, and crispy capers in a dish that captures both fire and finesse.
And of course, no visit is complete without our British Rock Oysters, served simply with shallot vinegar or cucumber and fennel mignonette, the perfect prelude to what’s to come.
As the menu moves into heartier territory, the Grilled John Dory Fillet with vadouvan curry sauce and bhaji onions offers a fragrant blend of spice and subtle sweetness. The Josper-roasted chicken, served with forest mushrooms and tarragon sauce, is the epitome of autumn comfort. And for those seeking something truly indulgent, the South Coast Lobster, served with seaweed salt chips and confit garlic butter, delivers coastal luxury at its finest.
