A botanical wonderland
A taste of summer
We’ve relaunched our new terrace and it’s a botanical wonderland.
The new terrace garden features lush foliage, herbs and classical flowers all inspired by the flora and fauna that adorns our beautiful Sussex Coastline. As you walk out into our floral haven, you’ll find new planters teeming with life; from lavender, Tiarella, Heuchera & Corepsis framing our view of the Brighton coastline to our baby fig trees, which very excitingly are newly bearing fruit!

Enjoy an elegant al fresco drinking adventure whilst enjoying cocktails in Brighton’s best sun trap. Our new menu takes inspiration from the botanical plants outside and offers a surprising and interesting journey into the tastes and aromas of summer. We’d recommend our Summer Haze which uses Vodka, Cucumber, Mint, Citrus, Elderflower Liqueur & Prosecco. We’ve got the perfect tipples to sit out in our carefully curated Summer haven. Best enjoyed in the sunshine with a light sea breeze in the air.
