Many months ago, our talented Bar Manager, Asier, began working on our Summer cocktail change. The brief was to create simple, ingredient-led cocktails that combine the same quality and innovation that we apply to our food.
After much trial and error, and many tastings, Asier and the team have created a selection of eight signature cocktails – for you to enjoy on our sun-soaked terrace.
The menu includes the Watermelon Spritz, a long and refreshing cocktail that exudes the taste of summer, made with Aperol, prosecco, watermelon, vanilla, and lemon grapefruit. Another standout is the Hibiscus Paloma, a refreshing yet sharp mixture of tequila, mezcal, lemongrass, and pink grapefruit.
