Our bar team have crafted five bespoke cocktails, each designed to show off the bold flavours of the four Takamaka rums we stock. From bright and citrusy to dark and spiced, this special menu brings a slice of the Seychelles to every glass — best enjoyed with sea views and good company.
Sunset Sessions — Select Sundays This Summer
Join us on the terrace for a series of laid-back Sunset Sessions, where Takamaka cocktails, live DJ sets and a curated menu of light bites come together to create the ultimate beachside evening. With the sun setting over Brighton Beach, this is your excuse to stretch out the weekend in style.
History of Rum Masterclass — Coming September
Hosted by rum expert Dean MacGregor, this one-night-only event will explore the rich heritage of Takamaka and the story of rum itself. Expect a specially created food menu, perfectly paired cocktails, and plenty of insight into what makes this spirit so timeless.
