And to finish, we’ll be offering luxurious desserts including Christmas Pudding Coupe, Lemon Cheesecake, Mince Pies and a Selection of British Cheeses.

Our specially crafted New Year’s Eve menus have been designed to truly celebrate the past year and welcome the new one with style. Our set menus, priced at £95/110pp feature dishes like Swordfish Empanadas, Diver Scallops, Wild Game Terrine, Roast Monkfish Wellington, Fillet of Black Angus Beef, and desserts of Chamomile Cream Mille Feuille and Chocolate Namalaka.
To make your night even more special, those dining from the £110 set menu will be able to raise a complimentary glass of Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label Brut as we all countdown to midnight.

BOOK NEW YEARSAt The Salt Room, the festive season is all about coming together with the people who matter most – gathering around a table filled with incredible food, sharing stories and making memories by the sea. We can skip the novelty jumpers and cheesy tunes – as long as we have great company and our signature seafood dishes to pass around, the festive spirit is alive and well.
This year, we’re doing what we do best: simple, honest food with bold flavours. Our Festive Group Menus are filled with locally sourced produce and the freshest seafood available. Priced at £45/55pp for 2/3 courses, you’ll be able to choose from starters of Hamachi Sashimi, Scorched Buratta and Treacle Cured Loch Fyne Salmon, mains including Market Sea Bream, Roasted Cod Loin, Malt Glazed Norfolk Turkey or a Whole Herb Stuffed Seabass, followed by a choice of desserts including Lemon Cheesecake, Mille-Feuille or our Christmas Pudding Coupe.
For an even more decadent affair, we have our four course menu which also includes snacks of Local Sourdough, Market Oysters and Swordfish Empanadas, as well as some additional special dishes including Crispy Creedy Duck Salad, 38-Day Salt Aged Ribeye and North Atlantic Halibut Fillet.
