Margarita Sippin’ for National Margarita Week!

In a warm evening in 1938 halfway between Tijuana and Rosarito, The Magarita was born when mexican restaurant owner Danny Herrera mixed it for the actress Marjorie King.

‘Margarita,’ is the Spanish word for Daisy, and what better description for the drink that answers all our prayers on a hot day while gathering with friends, it’s hard to find something better to bring everyone together than a dangerous amount of this tasty refreshment.

We’d like you to join us at The Salt Room where our bar team have crafted a delicious margarita menu to celebrate National Margarita Week. We’d recommend ‘The Spicy One’ a delicious mix of Mezcal, Cointreau, Lime, Agave & Fresh Chilli.
