World-Class Cocktails

Seasonal Serves. Serious Skill.

Our beautiful designated bar is more than just a place to grab a drink – it’s where the magic starts. Run by a team of passionate bartenders who know their craft, our cocktail list is a seasonally led celebration of flavour and technique.

From bright and botanical to dark and smoky, every serve is designed to reflect the moment – using the best produce we can get our hands on. Whether you’re kicking off a long lunch or lingering after dinner, our bar is always worth a visit.

The Terrace

South-Facing. Sea-Soaked. Made for Golden Hour.

This is where you want to be. The Salt Room’s terrace is one of Brighton’s best – a sun-drenched, south-facing space with panoramic views of the seafront and the iconic West Pier.

Spacious, stylish and totally uninterrupted, it’s the perfect spot for alfresco lunches, evening cocktails or soaking up every last drop of sunshine. Brighton sunsets hit different from here.
