Christmas time at The Salt Room is like no other; we’ve put a capital ‘I’ back into Indulgence and have gone the whole cod. At a time where we are in a celebration dearth from the past few years, at The Salt Room we are fully set on making up for it and going into 2022 with a bang.
From parties hosted in our private dining room to seasonal dishes and cocktails that really warm you through these winter months. We can’t wait for you to feel the Christmas Magic over the next few months and sample our truly seasonal and sustainably sourced, local produce. Winter is a wonderful time of fresh seafood; Crab, Seabass, Squid, Sardines, Monkfish and Dover Sole are in their prime and there’s some special flavours from the seasonal harvest to bring out the best in the produce.
We’re also hosting a very special three-course a la carte menu for our Christmas Day Lunch. From Roasted Wild Turbot to Christmas pudding served (of course) … with Brandy Custard and Vanilla Ice Cream.
There are just a few tables remaining, so it’s set to be a very merry atmosphere. To avoid disappointment, we recommend you book as soon as you can!
For New Year’s we’ve got something secret planned to toast in The New Year – that we can’t yet divulge. But on top of our mystery announcement, there’s a four-course to-die-for menu with a glass of Champagne on arrival, live music, and sensational seafood to craft a New Year like no other….
