This year, The Salt Room turns ten. A decade of serving up the freshest seafood, grilling over fire and pouring carefully crafted cocktails, all with an unbeatable view of Brighton’s seafront. More importantly, it’s been ten years of birthdays, anniversaries, long lunches that turned into late nights and countless plates of our signature sharing desserts. 

To mark the occasion, we want to celebrate the people who have made The Salt Room what it is—you. And what better way to do that than with the chance to win a private dining experience for up to 16 people?

We’d love to see and hear about your favourite memory at The Salt Room from the past ten years. Whether it was a show-stopping seafood platter, a special celebration or simply a perfect afternoon by the sea, send us:

How to Submit:

Share your entry with us via the form below. We’ll be choosing a winner based on the most memorable, heartfelt or entertaining story. 

Entries close on 30th September 2025, and we’ll be raising a glass to the winner soon after. 

Terms & Conditions: 

• The private dining experience is for a maximum of 16 people. 

• The prize includes all food and a welcome drink for each guest. 

• Any additional drinks ordered after the welcome drink must be covered by the guests. 

• The event must be booked on a mutually agreed date and is subject to availability. 

• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative menu items. 

• The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 and over. 

• By entering, you confirm that you own the rights to the submitted photo and give permission for it to be shared by The Salt Room. 

• The winner will be selected by The Salt Room team and notified via your provided email address
