STEP INTO CHRISTMAS
Our private dining space is perfect for groups of up to 16 people looking for a cozy and private dining experience in Brighton. You can reserve it any day of the week for both lunch and dinner, and it offers lovely views of the Brighton seafront. This space is separated from the main dining area by curtains that you can open to enjoy the restaurant’s atmosphere or close for a more private setting.
For larger gatherings, we also have semi-private options. Our mezzanine level, which is a slightly raised area with big windows, can accommodate groups of up to 40 people.
We also have Exclusive Hire options available if you’re looking to have a Christmas you’ll never forget.
The Art Of Christmas
The Salt Room’s menu centres around freshness and quality of our seafood and meat cooked over charcoal and served with sides and sauces. Our chefs are dedicated to sourcing the best produce possible as a result, the kitchen team are able to build menus to very exacting standards, offering a wide variety of classic cuts and more experimental dishes.
Seafood remains the star of the show at The Salt Room – a blazing-hot Josper grill sears off locally-sourced market fish including whole fish for sharing daily, all available with your favourite sauces and sides.
Not a seafood fan? No problem. Our wide range of dishes and passion for ingredients has led us to build a festive menu to cater for all dietary requirements.
